Same-Day Dispatch: All orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are packed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

🛑 Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we may ask you to cover the redelivery cost.
